1 – SHOP ONLINE

The Tahiti Pack online store allows you to choose your packs and products, to order when you want, at any time of day or night. Our prices can be displayed in the currency that suits yourself; your payment can be made accordingly. You can choose the delivery address to send your packs to whom you want. In order to satisfy our clients, the Tahiti Pack team works everyday to improve this store. Please send us your comments or your suggestions.

2 – SAFETY PAYMENT

Credit card payments are made through a secure connection so-called "SSL" that provides an exchange of encrypted data on the Internet. However, if you do not want to disclose your credit card details, we offer other ways of payment, such as transfer banking, bank or postal check, Paypal.

3 - RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

Upon receipt, your order is processed and then treated by our team in Tahiti as soon as possible. The preparation of your pack is done after the receipt of your payment. In case of out of stock on an article, we'll let you know immediately. Thus, you can cancel your order by e-mail without any costs until you have been informed of the receipt of this article. At each stage of the preparation of your order, our team informs you on your personal page and e-mail.

4 - PRODUCTS SELECTION

All products are selected with rigor and wrapped individually. Some products may not be available to a supplier or missed in some seasons, including fresh products. We commit ourselves to replace the product out of stock by a product of the same nature and clarify this change in your package (eg Marqesas Limes may be replaced by limes from a other islands of Polynesia).

5 - CONFECTION OF PARCEL

Our products are packed in a package (box, envelope, tube, and so on.) always in a concern of optimum protection. Each package is made individually to ensure the quality of products. When we prepare your package, our team informs you on your personal page and by e-mail.

6 - SEND THE PARCEL

Your pack is provided by us to the carrier and sent according to the shipping method you have chosen. Whatever the chosen method of shipment, each pack is assured to prevent any loss or deterioration of the pack. We also inform you on your personal page and e-mail the date of delivery to the carrier.

7 - MONITORING OF THE EXPEDITION

Our team monitors each shipment. A receipt informs us that you have received your pack. If you notice an abnormally long delay in delivery, please let us know. After checking with the carrier, we will send you a new pack in the same conditions, at our own expense. If you opt for the "Express" method of shipment, you will have a traceability daily service by Internet.
